Top Tory dies after stag fall

A SENIOR Tory official has died after a fall on his Greek party island stag do, weeks before his wedding.

Ben Davies, 32, was deputy chief of staff for the Conservative group sitting in the Welsh Government.

He was due to marry Emily Russ this month.

Ben, of Cardiff, spent a week in a coma with head injuries after the fall in Mykonos. Emily was with him as he died on Sunday.

Pal Vincent Bailey said: “He was incredibly bright, such a big character.”
