Dad’s torture at dig for son

THE father of missing airman Corrie McKeague has described his “inconceivable emotional torture”.

Martin McKeague called a landfill site where police have spent the past 18 weeks digging a “hellhole”.

He wrote on Facebook he believes an end to the hunt for his son at the tip will come “sooner rather than later”, after visiting the site in Milton, Cambs.

Corrie, 23, went missing last September following a night out in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.
