Martinez is the only Spanish woman to win the singles title, upsetting American Martina Navratilova to win in 1994.

And Spain’s Fed Cup captain has stepped in to help the 2015 Wimbledon runner-up (right) with regular coach Sam Sumyk absent due to his wife’s pregnancy,
