Troy waits on cap fit
WATFORD striker Troy Deeney has been given no guarantees by new boss Marco Silva that he will still be captain this season.
And the Hornets star faces a fitness fight for their Premier League opener against Liverpool following groin surgery.
Leicester had a £20million bid for Deeney turned down, and Silva said: “I want to keep Troy, you are talking about a player who has scored many goals in the past.
“And I don’t have a reason to change my captain, but I haven’t spoken to the players and they will know first.”
