Courtois mocks desperate Spurs bid to stoke up atmosphere at stadium with piped music and plastic flags

SPURS fans have hammered the use of a drummer against Chelsea at Wembley.

A member of one of the club’s fan groups (right) had his instrument hooked up to the PA system.

A spokesman for the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Trust said: “We’ve spent years telling THFC that fans are perfectly capable of creating atmosphere for ourselves, and that there’s a suspicion of contrived efforts like this. It was a surprise.”
