Exiles’ boss Nick Kennedy will not appoint a full-time skipper. Instead, it will be a job shared among his “leadership’”group, including hooker Paice (above).

Kennedy explained: “Because we rotate the squad, it doesn’t make sense for me to give it to one player.

“I haven’t seen it done before but we do what’s best for us.”
