IN THE LINE OF ROYAL DUTY

Here is Martin Compston in a waistcoat and for once he is not playing Detective Sergeant Steve Arnott in Line Of Duty.

The actor is seen here filming episode six of the new series of Victoria, alongside Jenna Coleman as the young Queen Victoria. He plays Dr Robert Traill, who had a key role in raising awareness of the potato famine in Ireland during the 1840s.

The show continues on ITV on Sunday nights and Martin’s appearance can be seen on October 1.
