Shannen Doherty, 46, is working on a TV remake of her cult 1980s film Heathers. The Beverly Hills 90210 star is in remission from breast cancer and says her illness has made her “more vulnerable” and “kinder”. Shannen says the new Heathers, due on Paramount next year, is “dark and wicked and witty”. She adds: “I did not think anybody could ever do Heathers again, but, boy, did they prove me wrong.”
