CAMERON CARTER-VICKERS ensured Sheffield United’s brilliant start to the season continued as his lethal debut strike sunk Bolton.

The Tottenham loanee (above) pulled the trigger after 33 minutes in an otherwise disappointing clash, smashing into the roof of the net to plunge Phil Parkinson’s side into even deeper trouble.

The high-flying Blades were without Clayton Donaldson after he pulled his hamstring at the weekend. But Bolton were never really at the races and although it got tense towards the end, Chris Wilder’s men had the quality to hang on for the win.
