Kip, not cash, for a good life
QUALITY sleep has a higher impact on wellbeing than having more money, researchers have said.
They found the average “living well” score is 62.2 on a scale of 100.
Sound sleep gives a 3.8-point boost but a 50% rise in income adds only 0.5, said Oxford Economics and the National Centre for Social Research.
A good sex life, secure job and feeling part of the community also helped to push people towards the highest rating of 92.
