THE only property that all four Beatles lived in together is available to rent.

The Fab Four shared the top floor flat in Green Street, Mayfair, West London, in 1963 after their second hit, She Loves You.

An early publicity photo showing John, Ringo, Paul and George on the communal staircase was the cover of the December 1963 Beatles Book.

The two-bedroom flat on the fourth floor of the refurbished building is for rent at £1,200 per week.
