Fast test for heart attacks

SCIENTISTS now have a single quick test for heart attacks that could save the NHS millions of pounds.

A team from King’s College London found a biomarker that shows if heart muscle is damaged.

At present, repeat tests are needed, usually tying up hospital beds overnight.
