Brainy bees offering clue
A STUDY of what makes some bees smarter than others may shed light on differences in human intelligence, scientists believe.
They found a link between nerve cell connections and cleverness by looking at the brains of bumblebees trained to perform different tasks.
Dr Clint Perry, from Queen Mary University of London, said: “Our results provide avenues for understanding the neural basis of cognition in all animals, including humans.”
