MORE FOR RIBCHESTER

-

RIBCHESTER could sign his career off with a run overseas after his second in the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Ascot on Saturday.

The Richard Fahey-trained four-year-old, the winner of three Group 1 races in Godolphin’s colours this season, went under by a length to Persuasive to fill the runner-up spot in the race for the second year running. “We will give him a canter in the week and then discuss it,” said Fahey (left). “He’s got options – the Breeders’ Cup, Japan and Hong Kong.”
