NHS bosses suicide alert

TOP NHS bosses are “suicidal” as they struggle to cope with rising pressures, a union boss warned.

Chief executives are among those seeking help with depression, Managers in Partnership said.

Chief Jon Restell added: “People are desperate, they are reporting suicidal thoughts and feel quality of work is going down.”

He said bosses were exhausted after a 12% cut in their numbers.
