Machete raid on bingo hall

FOUR robbers armed with machetes burst into a bingo hall and threatened to kill staff and customers.

They made off with cash during Thursday evening’s raid. It was the second robbery at Mecca Bingo in Hunslet, Leeds, this year.

Police said victims had a “terrifying experience”.
