Paddington’s F-word fright
A CHRISTMAS TV advert featuring lovable bear Paddington was cleared of claims it used the F-word.
The Advertising Standards Authority ruled after viewers complained a burglar in the M&S short says: “F*** you, little bear.”
An M&S spokesman said: “He’s saying, ‘Thank you, little bear’. We think it’s really clear.”
Leo Rayman, chief of ad-maker Grey London, added: “Of course we wouldn’t put a swear-word in a Christmas TV ad.”
