-

A FRAUDSTER who stole £2.5million to live a life of luxury was jailed for six years yesterday.

Accountant Alan Curry, 24, bought houses, holidays and flash cars by siphoning off cash from Evans Halshaw garage in Middlesbrough.

Curry, of Seaham, Co Durham, blew £138,000 alone on private number plates for a fleet of cars.

Teesside crown court heard he told police during interview: “I felt a sense of buzz. It was an addiction.”
