Jose Mourinho is ready to let the £30million Armenian midfielder (below) leave Manchester United to allow the signing of Mesut Ozil in the summer.

Inter want to reinforce their squad as they push for the Serie A title. Corriere dello Sport claimed the club will not pay “crazy” prices – and they do not want to sell stars like Mauro Icardi and Ivan Perisic, targeted by Mourinho last summer.

Mkhitaryan moved to United from Borussia Dortmund last year but has been frozen out by Mourinho and last started a Premier League match on November 5.
