Chepstow’s solid for Rock

-

ROCK THE KASBAH puts his unbeaten record over Chepstow’s fences on the line in the Coral Welsh Grand National tomorrow.

“I don’t think I’ve ever had a horse who is better at Chepstow than anywhere else, but that does seem to be the case with him,” said Philip Hobbs, whose sevenyear-old has won each of his three outings at the Monmouthshire track.

ARKLE favourite Footpad puts his Cheltenham Festival credentials to the test at Leopardstown today.

The Willie Mullins five-year-old takes on four rivals, including Gordon Elliott’s unbeaten chaser Death Duty.

Mullins said: “Death Duty has more experience, but the trip might favour our fellow.”
