COURTOIS IN 5-YEAR PLAN

CHELSEA are confident of agreeing a new five-year deal with keeper Thibaut Courtois.

Real Madrid are tracking the 25-year-old Belgian, whose two children live with his ex-girlfriend in the Spanish capital. Courtois (above) will have 12 months left on his contract in June.

Chelsea do not want to wait and are ready to offer Courtois a significant improvement on his current £100,000-a-week deal.
