The Elton John and Kiki Dee of property are back for a new series of the show that sees them do battle over people’s homes.
In each case, one person in the partnership is desperate to sell up and start afresh somewhere new, whereas the other wants to find a way to revamp their property enough to mean they don’t need to move.
Kirstie and Phil take opposing views, each hoping to persuade the other to their way of thinking.
This first episode features Steve and Mhairi Ollier, who live in Stenhousemuir, Scotland. They only bought their place a year ago, but Steve is facing a lifechanging operation and Mhairi is convinced the layout of the house can never be what they need, especially with only a £25k budget for a makeover.
But Steve, on the other hand, is desperate to stay, not least because they’re currently a stone’s throw from his beloved cricket club.
