NIGEL POINTS THE WAY
Rowett has face time at Rams but never met Blues owners
GARY ROWETT enjoys regular chats with Derby supremo Mel Morris, but never even met the Birmingham owners who controversially sacked him.
NIGEL CLOUGH fears it will take even MORE points for Burton to stay up this season.
The Brewers are in the drop zone, but survived with 52 last term, as Blackburn went down with a point less.
Today they host QPR and the Albion boss believes no one in the bottom half is safe.
Clough (left) said: “It could take more than the 52 points we got last season (to stay up). The league is so unpredictable.
“From halfway down all the teams know that, if they have a bad run, they can be dragged into it.”
Of today’s clash, he added; “Ian Holloway’s teams are honest, they run and work hard.
“He’s doing a very good job.”
