Firms make a plea for clarity

BUSINESSES have warned Theresa May their patience with her over Brexit is “wearing thin”.

The British Chambers of Commerce will say today she must urgently provide a clear statement of direction.

In a letter to the PM, the BCC said: “The perception amongst businesses... is one of continued division.

“Businesses need those elected to govern our country to make choices and to deliver a clear, unequivocal statement of intent.”
