Figure skating on reall thin ice
THE Dancing On Ice figures are sliding almost as badly as Cheryl Baker was on her first day on the rink.
The ITV show was launched to much fanfare on January 7, when ratings hit 7.7 million. Another person tweeted: “The choreography is rubbish and we need Jayne (Torvill) and Christopher (Dean) back.” Others felt a

two-hour show was “way too long”, and some people pointed the finger at certain contestants, with Antony Cotton dubbed “really arrogant”.
Producers have taken some of the criticism on board, announcing a double eviction this week to spice things up a bit.
Another series has been commissioned for 2019, so let’s hope they have a bit more sparkle and pizzazz up their diamante sleeves for the last few weeks of the competition.
After all, nobody likes skating on thin ice.
