Wales head across pond

WALES hope to crack the American market when they face South Africa in Washington, DC.

Warren Gatland’s side will take on the Springboks at RFK Stadium on June 2 as part of their 2019 World Cup build-up.

Wales also face Argentina in two summer Test clashes, and WRU chief executive Martyn Phillips said: “This is an exciting fixture for the WRU and for the national squad.

“It is a great opportunity to showcase Wales in the US and expand our already great support base.”
