Man killed in fall at airport

A PASSENGER fell to his death at Gatwick Airport while waiting for a connecting flight.

The male victim, in his 20s, plunged from the sixth floor of the North Terminal multi-storey car park on Thursday afternoon.

He had arrived at the West Sussex airport on a flight earlier and was due to make a connection to another European city.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file has been prepared for the coroner.
