Raid film puts thief in frame

A BURGLAR who filmed himself breaking into a house had to confess his crime when police found the footage on his phone.

It showed Hayden Rees Tapsell, 25, entering the house in the early hours, taking car keys and driving off in a Vauxhall Mokka.

Tapsell, 25, of no fixed address, admitted the break-in at Connah’s Quay, Flintshire, North Wales, and driving offences.

He was remanded in custody for sentencing at Mold crown court.
