Rare footage of Goebbels in kids boast
FILM footage showing Nazi chief Joseph Goebbels boasting about having six children has emerged.
The propaganda chief is seen in the 1935 newsreel telling a man with three children: “That hardly counts, does it!”
But in 1945 as the Allies closed in he poisoned his children in Hitler’s bunker.
His five girls and son were favourites of Hitler and regularly used in propaganda, once as a contrast to disabled children in a film about euthanasia.
Goebbels and his wife Magda killed themselves in Berlin days before the Nazis surrendered.
