Chizzy Akudolu has revealed she had a “massive low” with depression after her exit from Strictly Come Dancing. The actress, 44, was first diagnosed during her time on Holby City. She told ITV’s Loose Women: “I’m still on antidepressants. But I did hit a massive low after Strictly.”
