Bailiffs ‘still aggressive’

BAILIFFS still use aggressive behaviour to chase debts, a review says today.

The Government report tells of “lingering concern” despite a 2014 crackdown.

Justice Minister Lucy Frazer said: “The majority act professionally, but we’ve been told... this may not always be the case.”
