PM’s Oxford college in sex abuse probe

THERESA May’s Oxford college is being probed over claims of misconduct and sexual harassment.

An inquiry launched by St Hugh’s is said to focus on Prof David Robertson who died last August.

It comes after author Mel McGrath, 54, wrote an article accusing Robertson of “doing a Weinstein on me” when she studied philosophy, politics and economics in the 1980s.

The PM, 61, read geography at St Hugh’s from 1974 to 1977.

Yesterday the college, which was women only until 1986, said it would be inappropriate to comment.
