Stoned man bit his puppy
A PUPPY suffered horrific injuries to his face, eyes and ears after his “stoned” owner bit him.
Diesel, a Staffordshire bull terrier, was rescued by police and taken to a vet.
Tyler Laverick, 20, told officers: “I was biting him, I was stoned.”
Laverick, of North Shields, was found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering by North Tyneside magistrates.
He will appear for sentencing on April 27.
