Death camp Nazi charged
A MAN of 94 who served as a guard in Auschwitz has been charged with complicity in the murder of 13,335 people.
The unnamed Serbianborn man was charged as a juvenile as he was just 19 in 1942, when he was deployed to the camp in Nazi-occupied Poland.
Camp records show the ex-SS man would have been on duty when the 13,335 people were gassed.
A German court will decide if he is to go on trial.
