Moped yobs in stab spree

A CHARITY youth worker was stabbed to death by moped-riding teenagers acting like “highwaymen”, a court has heard.

In a four-hour spree Nathan Gilmaney, 18, and his 17-year-old friend killed Abdul Samad, 28, for his iPhone and stabbed four other victims as they carried out nine knifepoint robberies last October, London’s Old Bailey heard.

Both admit robbery but deny murder. Gilmaney, of Maida Vale West London, admits manslaughter.

The trial continues.
