NICE GUY SERI TOPS BLUES LIST

CHELSEA have lined up a £35million summer move for Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri. The Blues have identified the 26-year-old Ivory Coast star as one of their top transfer targets they look to rebuild their squad. But he is likely to hold out to discover who will be in charge of Chelsea next season, with Antonio Conte almost certain to leave Stamford Bridge. Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City have looked at Seri (above), who has become one of Europe’s hot properties. Barcelona made a £35m move for him last summer, but Nice knocked it back despite the player wanting the switch.
