ALLAN DAY I’d have thought since the Beckhams have been invited to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding, David would have waited to have his latest inking.

Having tattoos all over the body and out of sight is one thing, but all over the neck, face and scalp is something else entirely.
