But Anna Richardson and Amar Latif have a host of tips and tricks to give you “more exercise bang for your buck”. “We’ve got hacks to help you get your fitness mojo back,” says Anna. That’s assuming we ever had a fitness mojo.

Anna and Amar are what make this series a bit different from the norm, which usually involves being faced with a lean and clean work of art (yes, Joe “Body Coach’” Wicks, we’re talking about you).

Anna is the everywoman, not afraid to say what we’re all thinking. Namely: “Is this going to give me a flat tummy?”

She will try anything, claims to always be on a diet, and calls her glutes the bum muscles, as one should.

Meanwhile, Amar, while extremely active, will raise a smile after trying out the latest fitness craze HIIT.

“Am I dying? I think I’m dying,” he huffs. We can relate to this!

The pair go about busting exercise myths and finding fitness shortcuts, all based on scientific research.

In this episode, Anna finds out how a modern makeover of the callisthenics fitness craze of the 1980s can build muscle, without enduring hours on the weights in the gym. And Amar tests out exercises that fit into even the shortest of lunch breaks.

The only problem is, they leave us with no excuses...
