Property firm Hammerson is selling two retail parks for £164million. The Birmingham Bullring owner said it has exchanged contracts for both the Imperial Retail Park in Bristol and the Fife Central Retail Park in Kirkcaldy.

Sports Direct is giving away a free England footie T-shirt. The offer applies to anyone who goes into a store and quotes FREETSHIRT at the till between now and July 29 or until stocks run out. It’s not the official £50 Nike jersey but one with the FA England crest currently on sale for £11.99.

The owner of the Slug and Lettuce pub chain has been on a buying spree. The Stonegate Pub Company announced it had bought the 33-strong Be At One cocktail bar chain. In a separate move, it has also acquired 15 pubs across London from Novus Leisure.

The boss of cushion and curtain chain Dunelm has roughly doubled his holding in the company. Nick Wilkinson, appointed to lead the firm last December, has bought shares worth around £250,000. It came despite Dunelm issuing a recent profit warning.
