DRINKING four cups of coffee a day cuts risk of a premature death by almost two-thirds, a study found.
The drink’s polyphenols protects against, dementia, cancer and heart disease, said the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee.
But Dr Robin Poole of Southampton University said “other aspects of the diet” could be responsible.
High-fibre foods such as broccoli cut the damaging impact of stress on our bodies, researchers say.
