A WOMAN hares across a busy dual carriageway as cars and lorries bear down on her doing up to 70mph.
She was one of several drivers who had abandoned their cars and nipped to a nearby Sainsbury’s when the A38 was closed due to a fuel spillage on Monday.
They were expecting the road in Plymouth, Devon, to be shut all day, but it reopened at 2pm so they returned to their cars – many loaded down with shopping.
