Nan learns to read aged 61
A GRAN is learning to read at 61 so she can tell stories to her grandkids.
Sandra Williams was called “thick” as a child and made to sit at the back of the class.
She was diagnosed with dyslexia as a 20-year-old.
The nan of six from Gloucester is being helped by the charity Read Easy.
She said: “Is anything ever too late?”
Tutor Kathy Pritchard added: “Sandra’s making wonderful progress.”
