UK force aids terror fight

UK troops have been training Kenyan soldiers how to disarm al-Shabaab terror bombs.

Al-Shabaab, who have pledged allegiance to al-Qaeda, were responsible for the 2013 Nairobi shopping centre attack which left 67 people dead.

Theresa May, in Kenya, said: “The UK continues to support the brave Kenyan soldiers fighting in Somalia against al-Shabaab.”
