Robots ‘can learn racism’

ROBOTS could develop human prejudices such as racism and sexism in future, research found.

Advances in artificial intelligence mean they could read public records and form views about different groups in society.

Cardiff University’s study said: “Showing prejudice does not require a high level of cognitive ability.”
