WARNING SIGNS OF ANXIETY
Feeling anxious occasionally is normal, especially if you’re dealing with a stressful life event. Anxiety becomes a problem when it starts to impact your day-to-day enjoyment of life, your relationships and your job.
Here are some signs to be aware of from mental health charity Mind:
Feeling dizzy or light-headed Faster breathing Rapid or irregular heartbeat Sweating Problems sleeping A churning feeling in your stomach, or nausea Going to the loo more or less often Changes in sex drive Aches and pains Feeling tense and unable to relax Needing reassurance from other people or worrying people are upset with you Thinking over a situation again and again Feeling disconnected from the world around you Worrying about things that might happen in the future Panic attacks
