Yomp yobs a Dales misery

LOUTISH hikers are verbally abusing people living on a charity mountain trek’s route, it is claimed.

Yorkshire Dales villagers are also sick of walkers tackling the 25-mile Three Peaks urinating in public.

And they say the 100,000 people a year who take the challenge also cause noise and congestion in the area.

Cllr Richard Welch said: “The walk is making people’s lives a misery.”

The National Park is to look at route changes and a walkers’ code of conduct.
