Coma pupil’s smile to mum
A BOY left in an induced coma after a school altercation has given his mum “a little smile”.
Year nine student Oliver Whitehead, 13, was airlifted unconscious to Leeds General Hospital.
Oliver’s mother, Leanne Tindale, said: “I know he is coming back to me.”
Two boys have been bailed by police.
Withernsea High School in East Riding of Yorkshire said it was “proud” of how everyone responded to the “distressing situation”.
