BRITAIN’S allies were praised by Theresa May for booting out more than 100 suspected Russian spies after the nerve agent attack in Salisbury. Ex-Russian intelligen­ce officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia survived the poisoning in March by “Kremlin hitmen”. The PM said NATO was the “guarantor of our freedom” and spoke of the responsibi­lity of sending RAF crews “into harm’s way” in Syria.
