REALITY
THE APPRENTICE BBC1, 9pm
Thank goodness this is post watershed – the opening scenes of Lord Sugar as a comic book business superhero, with laser beams shooting out of his eyes, is pretty scary.
He’s on the front of a magazine, with Augmented Reality technology allowing his character to “come to life”.
And that bring us to this week’s task. The teams have to create a comic book aimed at 8-12 year olds, complete with title, main character, original story and dynamic cover using the new tech.
In the women’s team, everyone wants to lead a sub team, but no one wants to be project manager.
Meanwhile the men, or should we say boys, are all larking about in fancy dress.
The women work on a French educational comic, with a distinct lack of French lingo, while the men have about as much creativity as a croissant.
Another funny episode that will have you yelling at the telly.
