Abuse vic­tims blast flasher fancy dress

OUT­CRY Flasher cos­tume A RE­TAILER was slammed for sell­ing a “dirty old man flasher” Hal­loween out­fit.

The £24.99 kit by Jok­ers’ Mas­quer­ade fea­tures a long coat with a naked man’s body un­der­neath.

Child sex abuse sur­vivor Lisa Cy­ba­niak, 44, from Abing­don, Oxon, said it made her “want to vomit”.

And do­mes­tic abuse suri­v­ivor Pauline Fynn, 51, who now runs char­ity The Be­lieve Foun­da­tion, said the gear was “ex­tremely taste­less and of­fen­sive”.

Pauline, of Kingston, South West Lon­don, added: “The man­u­fac­turer gave no thought to the im­pact and trig­gers [ for] vic­tims.”

On­line re­tailer Jok­ers’ Mas­quer­ade hit the head­lines ear­lier this week for of­fer­ing a “Blade Gun­ner” out­fit styled on Os­car Pis­to­rius. The firm was con­tacted for com­ment.
